Got the bottle, no instruction. Ingredients are not the same at all compared to official website. Don’t on label is different also. Label poorly applied. Amazon should pull all of these bottles from the multiple “sellers” that you can find no information on.

Bottle states dietary supplement? Online one example says put in ear, and another states to put a drop under your tongue???

I did not get any relief for my tinnitus using this product. I contacted the seller and explained to them (in a very polite request) to refund my money. Within 2 days I received a complete refund! There is no need for people that are unhappy with the product because it was not effective for them to post pompous comments! Instead post comments that will guide the customer to make their own decision to buy the product and leave the negative adjectives out!

I have been taking the tincture for a few weeks now. It tastes pretty good; no burning sensation or unpleasant aftertaste. I haven’t noticed a change yet in mental clarity or cessation of ringing in my ears (somewhat mild to begin with). But I am committed to staying on it for the 2-3 months that is recommended.

The second bottle of Cortexi was a variety of herbs. It works good but, it is very addictive. When you research the herbs, you find out that Digoxin is in the herbs. Digoxin is a heart drug. I do not recommend taking this product by mouth. Bought from Avilo Concepts Fort Collins, Colorado

The dosage is supposed to be two drops in water per day. It doesn’t go in your ear. Of course if used improperly it will never work.

When I bought this item it was claimed there would be a 100% return guarantee. I have used it till almost half the bottle is gone and there is no relief to the ringing in my ears. It does not work, period. I would like to return it and be refunded, but, now, Amazon claims it is ineligible for return.

This is the second bottle I’ve purchased. The first bottle did seem to help the tinnitus so I bought a second bottle but the second bottle of solution looks completely different. The first bottle of solution was brown and had bits of stuff in it and in the second bottle the solution is completely clear and seems to be a bit oily.
Seems weird that the two solutions look completely different but they’re supposed to be the same thing. Seems fishy!
