I purchased this for my grandad to help reduce the amount of times he has to get up during the day and night. Our first night testing it was a huge failure. Luckily I placed an absorbent pad under him in case of minor leakage. Well there was a huge leak! A small amount of urine collected into the bag. The rest of the urine was in the bed with him. I work in the medical field and am quite familiar with applying any type if catheter you can think of. The cup sits too low causing the tubing to kink. If you adjust it to sit more forward the private parts are uncomfortable from the cup pressing on it. Good idea, bad design! Don’t waste your time or money!

leaks because hose tends to slip off connection. Had to use plumber’s nylon tape to build up the port.

If the person wearing it needs depends for BM issues it is difficult to use this item. The depends push on the cup so there is leaking especially at night. Velcro strap is meant to be worn on the hips so if the elderly man wearing it is hunched over the strap pushed on the stomach making the person very uncomfortable.

This didn’t work for us at all. I am the caregiver for my adult profoundly disabled son. This didn’t work for us. It doesn’t fit well, doesn’t stay on and just leaked everywhere. We were disappointed. We had hoped for an alternative to diapers.
