This Product does not come with the required Sim card and Mini memory card, so purchase when you buy tracker or you can’t use

The description didn’t explain in detail that a sim card had to be attached to a working phone line and phone number. This minimal cost is 20.00 per month. This should have been explained in detail that a sim card had to be connected to a working phone line. This was not and I am returning device because of this.

Not too much instruction it was too small to read you have to buy a memory card and a SIM card did not work

So this thing is supposed to give you a google maps pinpoint where it is,whenever i send the text to do so it gives me a location written in chinese and when you put that in to google maps it isnt even in the usa…..the onlything that seems to work is if you call it you can hear audio where ever it is…horrible audio and im not sure the range…..not at all like the videos of this thing

Very hard to read the instructions to figure out where the sim card goes and the set up I’m still trying to figure it out so if anyone knows where I can find the how too video its under please let know

Well I had them months and can’t figure them out. Description says comes.with manual battery and cord. I got a cord I got no batteries and no instructions.

This product came without the Sim card. This product does not work without the Sim card. If you can’t even send the correct pieces to something that somebody orders and how can we have any faith in the product overall.
I ordered again and again NO SIM CARD and the app is in Chinese. Are you kidding. Your product is garbage. Your app is garbage. Your business integrity is garbage
