It’s not the color I ordered. It’s not from the company advertised on Amazon. I didn’t like the company logo all over the product. It’s hard to open to refill the container.

I decided to return this item because I had two packs of toothpicks I wanted to use and one was a bit large, the other was average size. Neither fit into this and when I looked into it, it said you have to use their brand of toothpicks specifically. It works as expected, it’s a lightweight plastic. But if you live in the USA, good luck finding toothpicks that fit. If you don’t mind buying their toothpicks for refills, then it’s a great purchase.

The floss that comes with this is more like fishing line. It’d would be so much better if I could refill it with my own product.

I love this product but it doesn’t fit with other floss and the makers unfortunately don’t have refillable packs to go with it.
So, after the initial 88 floss are used up, this container is pretty much useless.
So frustrating considering it costs quite a bit.

Honestly when I purchased it. I thought it was just a dispenser that I had to fill up. I had no idea that it came with it. I guess I didn’t read very thoroughly. I’m yet to try to refill it with my own. So the jury still out on that aspect but otherwise it’s been fantastic.
