This thing can cut, but is flimsy and you’d be better off buying something sturdy.

I saw this at a family reception where the caterer was using it for crepes. I had to get one! I am so glad it did. It has been great for fruit bowls, crepes, cereal etc. easy to rinse off or put in the dishwasher!

Very easy to use, but hard to clean between the blades.

Quickest way to slice bananas before they turn brown! Great little tool.

This is handy. I make a cake with banana slices and this really helps. I also make a shake every day.

It only cuts like 1/3 of a banana and cuts it thick. I was hoping it would be longer to cut a whole banana or at least half of one. The pieces are bigger than I thought. But it did cut it nicely without too much of a mess except its a pain to cut the banana have 2/3 drop on the counter pick it up put it back in drop 1/3 and then pick that up and put it back in. If it was longer i would have kept it.

I had a full plastic one I found cheap in a local store, but someone put it in the dishwasher and it melted. So then I just had to have another, they are so nice to use! I like chopped up banana in my oatmeal. I cut it the long way a couple of times first, then chop it up with this and I get the little bits I like, also in pancakes. But this one can run through the dishwasher, no problem. The metal is strong and sharp. I find it’s best to just stick it into a tall glass to soak or just rinse it off right away, and you’re ready for tomorrow. If you let old banana dry up in it, it’s going to take some struggle to clean it out good.
