    I am a big fan of smoothies and make simple ones regularly for my toddler and I. I mainly just use yogurt, banana and berries. I originally thought this book would give me some great ideas and recipe’s to add more veggies and protein to my smoothies. I will say, that I would prefer a more simple book with recipe ideas. However, I did find this book very informative. The introduction was very thorough in providing great information regarding the health benefits of smoothies. Additionally, it provided tips on which ingredients are best for smoothies and which to avoid as well as providing some great information about using nuts in smoothies, which is something I never even considered. I also received some great information regarding using frozen fruit and vegetables. The book then offered a 3 day detox plan and a 21 day smoothie plan. Both of these options seem a bit overwhelming for me. I cannot imagine doing 21 different smoothies for every day. However, I do plan to utilize the book and get some great ideas for creating my own smoothies and I like having the option to pick one that I like, rather than having to follow a 21 day plan. Overall, this book is well written, pretty simply broken down steps and the ingredients are clear. I received this book for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased feedback.

    Most of us want to be healthy. Smoothies made fresh with healthier fruits, berries, milks and good fats is one way of doing this.

    This book gives excellent info on these mentioned things. Alternatives to the not so healthy options and great recipes. They look delicious and are very easy to conjure up. Most of them use only a few ingrediants that you can easily get at any grocery store.

    I will say that following the plan to the T will be very expensive with all your other grocery items for the week so i only. Got ingrediants for a few smoothies a week that were most appealling to me. The jelly and peanut butter one made with almond butter is really delicious.

    I use smoothies as a lunch alternative or quick breakfast when i am groggy and dont want to cook. This book has great variety and winderful information for not only smoothies but changing how you look at foods, even a little.

Well now you can. The 21-Day Healthy Smoothie Plan offers wonderful recipes, tips and plans to get you started. This book is loaded with delicious recipes using your favorite fruits and veggies. Yes, veggies are great in a smoothie. The book teaches you how to make healthy smoothies as opposed to smoothies and shakes loaded with sugars and other unhealthy ingredients. You will learn how to blend your smoothie correctly, which equipment works best and what to do if it doesn’t turn out quite right. Start off with the 3 day detox and you’re on your way to looking and feeling great.
    Smoothies are great for getting in extra serving of fruits and vegetables. If you have picky eaters in your family, smoothies are a great way to get more veggies in their diet. Perfect for on the go breakfasts, quick lunches and meal replacements. One thing I love about this book is, it doesn’t just cover smoothies. There are tons of totally awesome salad recipes included as well. Everyone is sure to find some great recipes in this book. I know I did.

    I have always to try smoothies at home but I have no idea where to start. I was delicious but healthy smoothiers and The 21 Day Healthy Smoothie Plan does just that. I like how it has an easy to follow daily guide that will help make a delicious smoothie, help me get more fruits and veggies into my diet and help improve my health. I found the trouble shooting guide very helpful especially since my 1st smoothie did not turn out like I had expected. I liked the snack section, very helpful information.I also loved the salad recipes and can’t wait to try them out especially the Spinach Avocado Sprout and the Salad in a Jar, they seem easy to make and very tasty. This books is so much more than just smoothie making but a big help on leading a healthier lifestyle. The shopping list is beyond helpful and can help save you a lot of time and missing ingredients. I am on my way to eating clean and healthy thanks to this book.

    This ebook is very well put together. Easy to follow and understand. It starts off by giving you reasons to try the smoothie diet, highlighting the benefits of drinking smoothies. It gives readers great tips on how to make smoothies, recommendations, and options. I’m a smoothie drinker and I’m amazed at all the various and very interesting types of smoothies you can make. The step-by-step guide is easy to follow and understand. It starts you off with a 3-day detox with suggested meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks. If you’ve never done a 3-day detox, you’ll need to understand the process that your body goes through and the changes that are going on so that you’re body can eliminate toxins. In most cases, there are side-effects. I love how this book addresses those side-effects and gives readers recommendations on how to remedy those side-effects, such as headaches, managing hunger, etc. Once you’ve pass the detox stage, it goes into the 21-day smoothie plan. The book provides a weekly grocery list, and day-to-day guide on how to prepare the smoothies, along with snacks and meals throughout the day. After the end of each week, there is a weekly wrap-up, with encouraging and motivational quotes as well as a notes page for the reader to jot down any thoughts or ideas. The great thing about the weekly plans in this book is that at the beginning of each week, it gives you a snapshot of what to expect so that you are ready and prepared. Amazingly, this book is not just about smoothie recipes. It also provides great recipes for various, nutritious salads. Exercise is also always encouraged as well and stresses the importance of physical activity. I received this book to review. As a product reviewer and tester, my reviews are solely based on my own experience and opinion of the product. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to start a diet but is unsure of the type of diet. It has many, wonderful healthy recipes and provides and extensive list of foods to help readers prepare. It’s much cheaper than going to a smoothie shop. It’s a great book for those looking to get healthy and fit while on a budget.

    This book outlines what seems to be a very healthy three day cleanse and many smoothie recipes to start you on a plan towards a healthier eating plan that you can practice your hole life. I appreciate the fact that the author understands that some people may need to snack during the cleanse and offers some ideas that will not interfere with the cleanse. The author even puts the recipes in a plan that tells you exactly what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They even offer some substitutes for ingredients you may not like, and they give you weekly shopping lists. I will definitely be trying these recipes soon. The only thing I wish the book covered more is the different types of blenders and what characteristics are best for this plan.

    I found this book as a great choice for whoever wants to live healthy. This book starts with 10 reasons why you should love smoothies and tons of fresh and delicious pictures. It made my mouth watering and couldn’t wait to get me my own smoothies. This book is not only about recipes but also about the benefits that can improve your health and well-being, such as boost hair, skin, nails beautifully, enhance sleep, detoxify your body, fight diseases and smoothies can be a big part in your lose weight process, support immune system , etc.
    Have you ever get the outcome wrong? Don’t worry, this book also offers you tips how to fix it Too sweet? Add some fresh lemon juice. Isn’t sweet enough? Beside sugar, now I know I can use overripe banana instead. Too thin? Add more frozen fruit. Too thick? Add a bit of milk. There are some tips that you can apply for type 2 diabetics.
    Next, the book shows you what ingredient you should add in one smoothie to maintain the taste and balance vitamins. It explains how to mix fruit and veggie accurately to get the best outcome.
    The recipe is detailed and easy to follow. It also gives you the shopping list so you can get everything in handy before you can start making your delicious smoothies. It’s extremely useful because you can get everything in one shopping trip. Each recipe has different kind of ingredients so you can choose which one you like and work for your health.
    I highly recommend this book for those who wants to improve their health by just smoothies

    This book begins with a solid introduction for making smoothies, including how-tos and information about ingredients to include and avoid, as well as what makes a nutritious smoothie. The book then gives a bonus three-day diet plan for a toxic cleanse diet eating three smoothies a day. The book then delves into the meal plan promised in the title: replace one meal a day with a nutritious smoothie. In addition to recipes for smoothies, there are also recipes for salads that can be eaten with the smoothies or as part of another meal. The great thing about the meal plans is that the section includes a shopping list so you can go to the grocery store and pick up all ingredients you need, either for a full week at a time (for the 21-day plan) or for all 9 smoothies for the detox. My only criticism of the book is that none of the smoothies use dairy milk or yogurt, but instead rely on ingredients such as almond milk, tofu, and soy yogurt.

    What I love most about this book is that it is more than just recipes—I wasn’t really expecting that. Being that I have a sincere love of learning and smoothies, I appreciated the additional information. There are lots of excellent tips in here for those of you looking to improve your health and find recipes that are just as delicious as they are healthy.

    The one thing that really stood out to me was the mention of drinking smoothies for breakfast. I am not a breakfast-kind-of-girl. I don’t have much of an appetite in the mornings. With breakfast being the most important meal of the day, I find myself sluggish by lunchtime, so I started blending smoothies for breakfast. I cannot explain how much this has improved my overall mood and energy levels in the morning. It’s SO much easier to drink something than to scarf down a large breakfast—and still get the nutrients my body needs.

    The Dandelion Green Smoothie freaked me out a little bit. Dandelion greens, to me, are quite bitter. However, with the addition of the other sweeter ingredients, it really transforms it into something pretty darn delicious. I highly recommend trying it if you haven’t already! It is actually my favorite morning smoothie.

    Overall, I do recommend this book for smoothie lovers and those looking to find new recipes and other helpful and inspiring information about them.

    I am always on the search for eating right but not having it taste like cardboard at the same time. So when I got this eBook, I was excited and open to give it a shot. The recipes are nice and fresh. They also like to go into detail on what else you can add to the recipe to give it that extra boost of nutrition. This also aids in helping the picky eater to enjoy fruits in different ways. I should know. Having a picky toddler of my own, I used some of these recipes to give her added nutrition in an easier way. I have to admit, I’ve had success with her with these recipes. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because some of these smoothies have been done before. Not saying it’s a bad thing, but I guess I was just hoping for something more. It is a nice read to add to your collection though. I’ve enjoyed reading it and gaining information.

    This book is one of the better smoothie-style weight loss books on the market. A few years ago, when “juicing” became the hot weight loss option, I bought a $300 juicer and books to go along with it, and ultimately it was too hard to stick with. This book and method succeeds where that one failed. The book is very inspirational for the smoothie journey you are about to embark on, and it gives detailed information about why it’s good for you, but where the book really excels is the easy-to-follow 21-day plan.

    The book suggests that you start with a 3-day cleanse, which is the toughest part. Three days of three smoothies a day, replacing all of your meals.I like the fact that it includes the 10 common detox symptoms and provides methods for dealing with them. My biggest symptom was the headaches.The 3-day detox was planned well though and I followed along with the book’s recipes exactly, even using homeade kale chips as my nutritional snacks.

    The 21-day plan itself included shopping lists and prep instructions, as well as specific meal plans. Again, I followed the book exactly, using the pre-made plan. Each day consisted of a pre-planned smoothie and a salad. I enjoyed a healthy breakfast each day, a sandwichsalad combo for lunch, and the smoothie for dinner.

    At the end of the 21-day plan I was left feeling better than ever. More importantly, this is the only weight loss plan I have ever been able to stick to and finish, which is in my opinion a great accomplishment made possible by how well put-together this plan was. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get healthier with an easy-to-follow lifestyle plan.

    I’m a smoothie junkie and have one a day. I hate my blender so I usually get them while out before work but tried a new blender and now I’m in love with it! This book came in handy with my new blender, it’s packed with so much great information and not just a simple recipe book. This book is jammed backed with some really great ways to change your lifestyle and be a healthier you, which I definitely need help with. This book is very detailed in what you will need as far as food prep, ingredients, and some extra tips that will come in handy! I love how it starts out with a 3 day detox and goes into a detailed 3 week menu of smoothies. I also love how it has salad recipes also. I’m usually pretty generic with my smoothies but after reading this book I want to venture out and try them all! I love how it’s not just recipes and how it’s about the health benefits.

    I’m so glad I had the opportunity to read this book and plan to use it all the time. I received this book for free for an honest review, all opinions are my own.

    Wow. Am I the only person who actually paid money for this book????? And of all the rave reviewers — have any of them lost real, honest-to-God pounds? I’ve read ad nauseum about the pretty pictures, the well organized plan, and tips during detox. So far, I read only three who stated they actually experienced symptoms, so they at least appear to have worked the plan for 1-3 days. Author … Publisher … do you not see that having SO MANY FREE-COPIES-FOR-A-REVIEW can destroy credibility. I was away for the holidays and was really looking forward to starting a healthy, weight-loss smoothie regimen in preparation for an upcoming surgery. If I hadn’t purchased this book too long ago to return it, it would be on its way back to Amazon tomorrow — just on principle!

    i just bought this book and started the diet. lots of food to buy, but all healthy and easy to prepare. I have been drinking a shake in the morning, snacks (recommended in the book) in the afternoon, and then a salad for dinner. The shakes and salads have been delicious and easy to prepare. I dont feel hungry and have actually lost 2 pounds. I have lots of energy and look forward to the next shake/meal on the list. If youre willing to go out on the limb and purchase all the recommended items (i didnt substitute) its worth the effort. Im only a week in but im really enjoying the diet and eating vegan is actually pretty tasty!

    This product was so very helpful. I read it. I made my purchases and started my cleanse. I actually did lose the weight felt great each day that I was fixing a meal, but one that would cleanse the body and help nutrition wise.
