Quite better than what I was probably expecting with this. After tinkering a bit with it, it’s not certain I was using it *exactly right* at first. When used correctly (and/or—in other words—when doing the squeeze-like motion while also rolling up/down slowly on the tight neck place(s) simultaneously)— that’s where it’s at. Hits the good spots. Or bad spots?! Depending how you think of it?… or level of ache, I suppose.
Boyfriend uses it more frequently than I do/have since it’s recent arrival. Gets those pressure points. Incomparable, I’m sure, to the “real thing” like in an instance of having a knowledgeably good massage or something of similarly offered effects. But you know what I mean.

and does so, I’d say, while very reasonably priced (or straight-up inexpensively).
I can’t say that to spend more (such as to choose a similarly-functioning product or whatever… but one with a potentially much higher price tag) would be equal to “more benefit” necessarily, in this case.
It was noted too how this would make a good gift. Wasn’t purchased to be a gift but I agree; this is of that kind of genre for being one those kinds of things that make good gifts (especially when it comes to those people who you always wanna get something for but struggle knowing how to shop for them!) ANYWAY, hah.
Not long after receiving the amazon package, an unexpected “thank you” token showed up a little while after, as a follow-up piece of mail— a dainty, gold leaf/feather-shaped bookmark in an envelope from the company with a thank you note of sorts. (A gesture not necessary… let alone something to expect). Surprisingly appreciated. Maybe more surprisingly: I actually like and will likely use the classily designed little trinket. A little bit irrelevant perhaps when considering the original purchase was for the neck-rolling-massager thing here, as displayed. BUT A GIFT IS A GIFT AND I DIGRESS.
Through-and-through: Solid amazon find.

Update: This company offers great support and reached out to me to ensure I was happy with their product. I ended up getting the black unit instead and it works so much better for me. The blue one clamped down so tight on my neck, it wouldn’t roll. With the black one, the handles are more flexible so it doesn’t clamp tight and therefore rolls better, the way I think it was designed to.
Keep in mind, this is just my opinion and although I feel I have a small neck, maybe the shape of the blue one just didn’t work w my neck. But I love the black one and am glad I got it!

Plus: The rollers have just the right softness and give. I was afraid they would be too hard. Minus: Does not really roll very well or easily as I assumed it would. Plus: The arms you pull apart seem really sturdy and they squeeze super hard when you aren’t hold apart. At first I thought my poor little small neck would be too big to even fit in between the rollers.
I’m keeping anyway as I found a way to use it that’s very helpful to me. I had been trying various massage balls for trigger massage and myofascial release to no avail.
Because the arms give such a firm squeeze, I discovered I can swivel and place the massage nodes exactly where I want them and let go to whatever pressure I need and it will press in as hard as I want. In certain positions I can lean my head back against my chair and hold the nodes in place without holding on.
I also like that each set of nodes can be positioned at any angle. I have pretty severe scoliosis so I may need the pressure an inch lower on one side, so this gives me the flexibility I need.

They don’t really seem to do anything all that dramatic, but it’s good for a little rub and the price was not bad. They do seem to be holding up well.

This massage tool works perfectly to provide deep tissue massage to all areas of your neck, upper traps, and lower cranial muscles. I suffer from TMJ symptoms, teeth clenching and chronic headaches. This is one of the best tools I have found to loosen up the tight muscles and relieve neck tension and headaches. I have even used the tool to massage the temple area of my forehead. If you suffer from any of these types of symptoms, then I highly recommend this tool. The only negative is that the tool is plastic, so I’m not sure how long it will last before the handles or rollers fail.

So it works but doesn’t at the same time. If you have deep inner shoulder pain, it doesn’t get that, if you have deep inner neck pain it doesn’t get that, it only gets the surface stuff. Also, it will tangle in your hairline if you go up that far to get that pain, from the pressure you have to put on it just to feel it deep down. Also, make sure to put some kind of oil on your neck. I used it and had scratches on my neck from using it that had to be tended to, but only on one side.

I was surprised at how well this fairly simple gadget works. I was expecting to have to work with it a lot, day after day, just to whittle down my neck problem, but I felt 75% loosened up after one day. Only drawback: It is possible to roll it so vigorously that you pop the rollers off, but they pop right back on. Other than that, it’s been as effective as I could have asked, and you could hardly expect to pay less for this kind of relief.

This product is simply amazing! I injured my neck during aerobics a couple of weeks ago and this is just what i needed. Many may think that the automatic one is better but thats far from the truth. This one allow you to control just how much pressure is needed as well as the rolling balls allow you to roll into the small grooves in your neck. It removed so much tension from my neck! I used this to massage my neck. Since I can apply the amount of pressure I wanted without having someone do it for me or waiting until my next massage appointment. My dislike is the handle is a bit short and can be flimsy. Might be because I am applying too much pressure but sometimes I need that amount. It can also snag on the hairs if you’re not careful enough. Other than that it works and targets the area I am needing when I use it.

The product arrived on time and the company reached out ahead of time to make contact in case there were any issues with shipment. There were not but it was nice to know they were proactive.
The product itself is as describes. I did find the space between the rollers and the back alittle smaller than I need for my neck but it works great for my wife. It still works for me but could benefit from being a little larger. The interchangeable knobs are a great feature as well and seems to set this version apart from competitors.

I really liked how this tool allowed me to target my scalene muscles in my neck which are causing me a lot of pain as of late. Additionally it is adjustable which really helps to target specific areas around the neck. I have not used it elsewhere on my body as my main source of pain is in my neck. The thing I dislike however is the plastic material feels like if it is stretched out too far that it would snap, hence why I have a 4 star review.
